had the most relaxing and refreshing experience with Yalda! The scalp massage with the hydration treatment was heavenly — my hair felt nourished and my scalp completely soothed. She gave me a gorgeous long haircut with perfect shape and movement, keeping the length I love. The soft, shiny blow dry at the end left my hair looking healthy, smooth, and full of life. I highly recommend Yalda,she did cut my hair yesterday still the style the same today, if you’re looking for skill, care, and a truly pampering salon visit!

I visited Looks Salon this week and I loved it. The salon is in a beautiful building with an open area feel. It is very welcoming, clean and cozy.
My stylist Emma was amazing. I found her on a short video. I think I made a good decision to go with her for a curly cut. She’s an expert! It started with a short consultation describing my struggles and desires. Emma’s coloring and cutting technique was so precise. She gave me great advice and walked me through every step. The results: healthy, bouncy curls.

She is very talented in all areas (which is rare) ... from Coloring to Cutting to Styling... now that's a TRIPLE threat!! 😊 Highly recommend.

The best hair cut I have gotten in a while. I came in wanting layers to get rid of a good chunk of dry ends and Kiana did an amazing job helping me figure out what was best for me considering what I wanted and how much time I dedicate to styling my hair. I ended up also getting a hydrating treatment and my first ever blowout. I have wavy/curly hair and have been to various salons including some that specialize in curly hair, and this has been the best so far. I will be coming here again!

I have been coming to the Look for years, and it's one of the businesses in Houston I feel most comfortable referring my loved ones to as they always do a fantastic job! Tamika is incredibly skilled at her craft, and her creativity, professionalism, and warmth are reflected in her business. It's challenging to find a salon that does a good job with pixie cut styles at a reasonable price, but I always leave The Look feeling like my cut is feminine and fresh. I've referred friends with diverse hair textures (curly, Asian hair, fine hair) to Tamika, and they've had nothing but positive experiences as well.

I always love my hair when I leave this salon. I feel like I'm bringing sexy back. Professional, fun and always an enjoyable experience.

Kiana has cut and colored my hair a few times and she is both an artist and a wizard, in the best way. I have “resistant grays” and she had a whole plan of attack on taking care of the pesky grays. When I mentioned that when my hair becomes overgrown it acquires a triangle shape, and she had a method to fix it. Super personable, highly recommend.

I have naturally curly hair and it is a pain to find a hair stylist who is able to give me what I’m looking for and Tamika delivers every time! I live an hour away and naturally I tried to find someone closer to me who claim they know but I have been butcher time and time again and all roads have led me back! I have yet to try other stylist but if Tamika is anything to go by I can only imagine what the other stylist bring!
